Introduction: this research addressed organizational behavior in bakery companies the city of Pasto, as factor significantly influenced their internal operations and competitiveness. It began with recognition problems such lack communication, administrative disorganization, a weak sense belonging. The purpose study was to review existing literature background understand factors that determine strong culture.Development: international, national, regional information analyzed, demonstrating direct relationship between culture job performance. Through case studies Panificadora Mexicana, Sertempo Cali, Insupan it evident shared values, leadership, strategic clarity strengthened staff commitment improved operations. A contextual framework also presented described current challenges facing baking sector, rising input costs, changing consumer preferences, need for professionalization trade. Legal conceptual aspects relevant analysis environment were addressed.Conclusions: concluded Pasto’s needed work on building clearer more participatory culture. established conducting diagnoses helped identify weaknesses design effective strategies. well-defined fundamental axis improving productivity, strengthening environment, ensuring sector’s sustainable growth.
