This study analyzes the Business Transformation Strategy for achieving sustainable corporate performance at PT Pupuk Indonesia (Tbk) using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Key factors, actors, objectives, and strategic alternatives were identified to determine most critical components driving company's transformation. Governance emerged as top priority factor, emphasizing importance of robust governance structures in ensuring transparency accountability. The Directors found be influential underscoring need strong leadership steering transformation process. Improving operational efficiency was ranked highest objective, reflecting company’s focus on optimizing processes enhancing productivity. important alternative implementation best practices management, particularly through methodologies such Lean Six Sigma. concludes that effective governance, involvement, efficiency, adoption industry are key Indonesia’s successful business long-term sustainability.
