The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence workplace spirituality, organizational citizenship behavior, quality work life and job satisfaction, on turnover intention directly indirectly. This research a quantitative with sample 267 employees engine service division PT GMF AeroAsia. sampling technique used purposive sampling. results found: 1) there is direct spirituality 2) no citizen behavior 3). 4) intention, 5) 6) 7) motivation 8) an indirect through 9) 10) satisfaction.
