This research investigates the impact of cross-cultural differences on organizational culture in international companies operating Malaysia, where diverse cultural backgrounds create unique challenges and opportunities for integration. study identifies factors influencing ranks these according to their significance within culture. A two-round Delphi method was employed collect insights from a panel 30 experts Malaysia. Purposive sampling ensured managerial non-managerial perspectives. In first round, an open-ended questionnaire identified key dimensions impact, second ranked dimensions. The data analyzed establish consensus verified through Kendall's coefficient Concordance. seven critical impacting culture: communication style, leadership management work-life balance, customs traditions, employee relationships interactions, adaptation training, technology communication.
