The main aim of the study is to test hypothesis that social expenditures are not only a source support and budgeting sphere, but can be significant lever economic development, provided proper planning their share volume. In this regard, authors have adapted open-economy multiplier assess effect expenditures. The aim of this research is to study the influence factors affecting efficiency resource consumption under sustainability policy based on using DSEM-ARIMA (Dyadic Structural Equation Modeling Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) model. performed Thailand experience. findings indicate that continuous economic growth aligns with country’s objectives, directly contributing social growth.
