As the penetration rate of new energy generation in distributed distribution networks continues to increase, integration numerous power plants and associated electronic devices presents challenges quality traditional systems. Therefore, conducting quality-related research is significant importance for maintaining system stability, safeguarding electrical equipment, enhancing safety. A framework evaluating overall energy-penetrated network systems based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) proposed. This aggregates calculates global index (GPQI) through averaging, thereby completing assessment situations. By computation speed evaluation metrics an improved S-transform considering various disturbances such as diminished illumination, wind disconnection, high-current grounding, GPQI values are used assess under diverse scenarios.
