This study investigates the assessment of physical education teachers and department chairpersons in five institutions Hunan Province, China, about professional learning communities for their levels participation. Stratified sampling was used to generate 187 P.E. teacher-respondents 52 chairperson-respondents. Under Quantitative Research Method, this utilized weighted mean score multiple regression predict variables communities. Based on findings, as profile respondents with combined results from chairpersons, following emerged data: age bracket 41–45 has highest number a master’s degree, constituting 29.7%, male dominated data 64.9%, total 79.9% are Master's Degree holders, length service revealed 29.7% 16 years above. Five were tested study: commitment, strategic approaches, pedagogical technological knowledge, supportive organizational teaching environments, ethics standards.
