ABSTRACT Aim TikTok has accrued over 3 million posts and 129 billion views under #acne, establishing itself as a popular platform amongst adolescents to access health information. We conducted an in‐depth thematic analysis of acne videos on determine how engage with content. Methods The top 150 consecutive #acne were subjected rigorous qualitative by experienced researchers (Laxmi Iyengar, Susan Saldanha) until data saturation was reached, guided SRQR (Standards for Reporting Qualitative Research) guidelines. Five themes identified:(1) Pimple popping, (2) Acne education, (3) ‘Acne transformation’ depicting treatment success stories, (4) positivity, normalising (5) reality, capturing the lived experience acne. Results Overall, accumulated almost 2 102 followers. majority content uploaded females (125/150; 84%). Medically trained clinicians represented only 11% (17/150). Pimple‐popping attracted most significant viewership (804 views; 44%; 17% content) despite having lower proportion than education videos, patients (324 34% content). Introduction Asthma’s global prevalence underscores the need for accessible health information dissemination, especially in digital age. TikTok, known its wide reach and diverse content, presents both opportunities challenges dissemination. This study aims to characterize quality of asthma-related content on TikTok introduces Video Health Information Credibility Score (VHICS) as a novel tool assessment. Materials methods We used systematic methodology analyze top 100 videos by number likes tagged with #asthma. Data were collected June 2023 January 2024 allow temporal trend analysis. Abstract Objective To assess the quality, reliability, and level of misinformation in TikTok videos about hysteroscopy. Methods A cross‐sectional analysis retrieved using “hysteroscopy” as search term was performed. Patient education materials assessment tool for audio‐visual content (PEMAT A/V), modified DISCERN (mDISCERN), global quality scale (GQS), video information index (VIQI) were used. Results Of three hundred captured, 156 excluded 144 included. Most partially accurate or uninformative (43.8% 34.7%, respectively). Non‐healthcare providers produced more inaccurate than healthcare workers (51.1% vs 4.0%; P < 0.001). TikTok has more than 1.5 billion users globally. Health and wellness content on the application increased by 600% in 2021. This systematic review seeks to summarize which fields within medicine have embraced researching health communication platform most common measures reported this literature. Research questions include what categories of topics are investigated literature, trends year, types outcomes reported. Embase, CINAHL, Scopus, Ovid MEDLINE databases were searched March 2024. Eligible studies met four criteria: (1) human TikTok; (2) conducted United States; (3) published English; (4) a peer-reviewed journal.
