This
study
investigated
dimensions

SME's
constraints
and
decisions
to

in
the
Ghanaian
Oil
Gas
Sector.Using
a
binominal
regression
model
we
analyzed
primary
data
from
497
local
SMEs.The
found
that
SMEs
with
inadequate
capital,
had
high
level
competition,
corruption
perception,
lacked
policy
awareness,
adequate
external
credit
facilities,
information,
managerial
capabilities,
technological
capabilities
were
less
likely
invest

sector.Per
contra,
human
resources
entrepreneur
characteristics
exerted
no
significant
influence
on
sector.This
has
