В статье анализируется проблема использования цифровых технологий и интернет-пространства в рамках трудового права на основе не только действующих нормативных правовых актов, но и законопроектов в области цифровизации трудовых отношений. При этом целью исследования является обобщение действующего и будущего российского законодательства, выявление противоречий, пробелов законодательства, оценка его с практической точки зрения, а также выработка предложений по его совершенствованию с учетом имеющегося опыта, полученного в ходе экспериментов по внедрению электронного документооборота отдельными работодателями.
