В последние годы концепция «треугольника знаний» (knowledge triangle) становится все более востребованным инструментом для разработки инновационной политики в странах ОЭСР, прежде всего европейских. Ее актуальность обусловлена системным, интеграционным подходом к взаимосвязям между научной, образовательной и инновационной деятельностью. In recent years, there has been increasing pressure on Universities to shift from focusing primarily teaching and performing research, add an equivocal Third Mission (TM), labelled "a contribution society". Unprecedented challenges have redesigning the missions of Universities, which are often perceived as being at a crossroads. The TM is multidisciplinary, complex, evolving phenomenon linked social economic mission in broad sense. Existing studies mainly focus accomplishing their traditional missions, or they offer narrow perspective TM. To best our knowledge, no systematic literature review performed comprehensively explore its heterogeneous functions, constraints, clashes incorporation within education research. As a direct result of the increased significance knowledge in various endeavours attempting to implement triple helix model, higher education institutions have assumed more prominent position processes involved regional innovation and development. Expanding study on model is currently examining underlying causes consequences evolution education. This research examines relationship between by using bibliometric analysis 227 articles subjected peer review 1970 2022. investigation concentrated three aspects analysis: (1) document citation via use co-citation that produce 4 clusters; (2) cited reference through utilisation bibliographic coupling generates 5 (3) keyword co-word with clusters. In this article, we analyze the policy of direct subsidizing academia— industry cooperation projects in Russia. Using difference differences method and companies’ microdata, assess impact on change revenue growth rates 133 subsidy recipient companies 2010—2022. It is established that subsidies have most noticeable small mediumsized enterprises (SMEs) from high-tech industries. Additionally, using logit regression based surveys 2017 2022, determine research organizations which used measure are characterized by presence young researchers, access to foreign scientific technical information databases, experience academia—industry cooperation.
