Статья посвящена обсуждению процессов цифровизации деятельности органов власти в современных условиях. Цель статьи – открытие дискуссии о проблемах внедрения новых информационно-телекоммуникационных технологий и повышения эффективности системы публичного управления. На основе анализа опыта внедрения цифровых технологий и платформенных решений в сфере публичного управления дана содержательная характеристика проблем цифровизации публичного управления.
