Objective: This study investigated the use of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), which is said to possess anti-inflammatory components as an ameliorative substance for induced inflammation. Methods: Forty-eight female Wistar rats were used this study. They divided into eight (1–8) groups (n=6); Control, Ethanol, Benzene, E+B, E+O, B+O, E+B+O with administration 25% 200 mg/kg/b.w 2 ml (O) EVOO in respect tagged grouping names. ABSTRACT Background The cell division cycle‐associated (CDCA) genes regulate key cellular processes like cycle progression and division. This study evaluates the diagnostic clinical relevance of CDCA in breast cancer. Methodology Breast cancer normal lines were cultured analyzed for gene expression using RT‐qPCR further validated public databases. Functional assays, including proliferation, colony formation, wound healing, performed following siRNA‐mediated knockdown CDCA2 CDCA3. Mutational, CNV, methylation, survival analyses, along with miRNA regulation PPI network construction, conducted to explore role progression. Senescence is a phenomenon defined by alterations in cellular organelles and the primary cause of aging aging-related diseases. Recent studies have shown that oncogene-induced senescence driven activation serine/threonine protein kinases (AKT1, AKT2 AKT3). In this study, we evaluated twelve AKT inhibitors revealed GDC0068 as potential agent to ameliorate senescence. Senescence-ameliorating effect was evident from finding yielded lysosomal functional recovery observed reduction mass induction autophagic flux. Furthermore, GDC0068-mediated restoration function activated removal dysfunctional mitochondria, resulting mitochondrial function. Together, our findings unique mechanism which recovered lysosomes mitochondria through modulation activity.

Herein, the effect of different doses (2%, 4%, and 6%) test diets seeds were examined on DMBA-induced skin B(a)P-induced forestomach papillomagenesis, inducibility drug metabolizing phase I II enzymes, antioxidant enzymes(catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, glyoxalase I), reduced content, peroxidative damage.
