Typically, all the normal as well cancer cells in body secrete extracellular vesicles (EVs), with different types of secreting EVs to induce specific biological effects cells. In addition, exhibit characteristics high abundance and stability are not easily degradable, rendering them candidate carriers for diagnostic therapeutic clinical interventions future. However, targeting efficacy bioaccumulation require further evaluation detail. Current studies predominantly employ antibodies tracking biodistribution EVs. coated on outer membrane EVs, leading interactions between exposed protein regions molecules microenvironment, affecting distribution The current study employs persistent luminescence nanoparticles (PLNs) emitting near-infrared (NIR) region over an extended duration. Excitation PLNs can be accomplished vitro using ultraviolet light. NIR photobiological imaging 1–9 h following intravenous injection mice provides a system long-term situ tumor tracking. synthesis involves use mesoporous silica template; uniform particle size enhances exocytosis subjected electrochemical technology Transwell cell electroporation (TCE). enhanced promotes secretion numerous PLN-embedded (PLN@EVs) into culture medium, which subsequently purified by ultracentrifugation. PLN@EVs employed just tool but also tumor-homing platform; production large quantities traceable their tissues such nonsmall lung would greatly facilitate diagnosis cancer.

Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), with biocompatible and bio-friendly properties, exhibit intriguing potential for the drug delivery system imaging-guided synergistic cancer theranostics. Even though tremendous attention has been attracted on MOFs-based therapeutics, which play a crucial role in therapeutic drugs, gene, biomedical agents of therapy, they are often explored as simple nanocarriers without further “intelligent” functions. Herein, Fe-doped MOFs CoP nanoparticles loading were rationally designed synthesized photothermal enhanced reactive oxygen species (ROS)-mediated treatment. Fe-ZIFs@CoP could generate efficient ROS through Fenton reaction while depleting glutathione amplifying oxidative stress. Particularly, due to effect Fe-ZIFs@CoP, hyperthermia generated by as-synthesized facilitated advanced performance high amount generation. The promising “all-in-one” platform herein reported provides some prospects future directions this area.
