Abstract
Injectable
hydrogel
possesses
great
application
potential
in
disease
treatment
and
tissue
engineering,
but
damage
to
gel
often
occurs
due
the
squeezing
pressure
from
injection
devices
mechanical
forces
limb
movement,
leads
rapid
degradation
of
matrix
leakage
load
material.
The
self‐healing
injectable
hydrogels
can
overcome
these
drawbacks
via
automatically
repairing
structural
defects
restoring
function.

reaction

advantages
including
simple
fabrication,
injectability,
under
physiological

Immunotherapy
that
harnesses
the
human
immune
system
to
fight
cancer
has
received
widespread
attention
and

treatment.
Cancer

tumors
but

treats
metastasis
recurrence,
representing
major
advantage
over
traditional
treatments.
Recently
with
development
of
nanotechnology,
there
exists
much
work
applying
nanomaterials
on
basis
their
excellent
physiochemical
properties,
such
as
efficient
tissue-specific
delivery
function,
huge
specific
surface
area,
controllable
chemistry.
Consequently,
nanotechnology
holds
significant
potential
in
improving
efficacy
immunotherapy.
Nanotechnology-based
mainly
manifests
its
inhibitory
effect
via
two
different
approaches:
one
is
produce

effective
anti-tumor
response
during
tumorigenesis,

enhance
tumor

ability
by
modulating
suppression

Abstract
Immunotherapy

therapy.
Nevertheless,

immunotherapy
is
still
confronted
with
several
critical
challenges,
such
low
immune

complex
immunosuppression
microenvironment.
Recently,
