Intratumoral microbiota have been identified as a component of the tumor microenvironment that regulates metastatic behavior tumors. Herein, multifunctional nanoplatform (DD@FEL) is prepared by combining antibiotic doxycycline (DOXY) can combat intratumoral and chemotherapeutic doxorubicin (DOX) ergosterol-originated liposome. Specially, ergosterol utilized substitute for cholesterol liposomes to exert pharmacological activity. Mechanistically, DD@FEL leveraged DOXY inhibit metastasis based on regulation microbiota, which synergizes with effect DOX, eventually inhibiting progression triple-negative breast (TNBC).
