Green synthesis aligns with the global demand for eco-friendly and sustainable technologies, reducing dependency on harmful chemicals high-energy processes typically used in conventional techniques. This study highlights a novel green route nickel cobaltite nanoparticles (NiCO2O4 NPs) utilizing Hyphaene thebaica extract as natural stabilizing agent. The synthesized NiCO2O4 NPs, sizes ranging from 20 to 30 nm, exhibited uniform diamond-like structures confirmed by SEM TEM imaging. XRD analysis verified polycrystalline nature of these nanoparticles, while EDS measurements elemental composition Ni Co. presence functional groups was subsequently through FT-IR analysis, Raman spectroscopy further phase formation. Electrochemical evaluations revealed significant pseudocapacitive behavior, showing specific capacitance 519 F/g, demonstrating their potential high-performance supercapacitors. To assess applicability photocatalytic activity against methylene blue (MB) dye investigated, resulting 99% degradation rate. impressive efficiency application environmental remediation. Overall, this work underscores methods producing nanomaterials simultaneously impact promoting development.

Pentacene organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) adopting n-Si gate electrodes with a wide range of doping concentrations (1015–1020 cm−3) are fabricated to study the effects quantum-mechanical interaction between electrode and dielectric on carrier mobility in pentacene channel. At room temperature, significant carrier-mobility reduction is observed for OTFTs 1.75 × 1018 4.19 cm−3 due enhanced remote phonon scattering resulting from resonance surface plasmons phonons HfLaON (from Hf-O La-O bonds) silicate interlayer Si-O bond), respectively, namely anti-screening effect (ASE). This ASE can be further supported by increasing measurement temperature 40, 60, 80 °C, under which frequency gate-electrode plasmon increases (due higher electron thermal energy also concentration produced stronger ionization dopants electrode) enhance, weaken, or create resonance, ASE, reduced another mode dielectric, OTFT. These results help address issue temperature-dependent reliability operating heating at low temperatures.
