The strong ethnopharmacological utilization of Isodon rugosus Wall. Ex. Benth is evident in the treatment several types pain and inflammation, including toothache, earache, abdominal pain, gastric generalized body inflammation. Based on this background, antinociceptive effects crude extract, various fractions, essential oil have been reported previously. In research work, we isolate characterize pure bioactive compounds from I. evaluate possible mechanisms using vivo vitro models. were analyzed for analgesic anti-inflammatory activities through assays. column chromatography chloroform fraction led to identification two compounds, i.e., 1 2. Benzohydrazide (BH) and 2-hydroxybenzohydrazide (HBH) have gained attention due to their diverse characteristics wide applications in pharmacy organic synthesis. In this study, a gravimetric technique was used measure the ability of BH HBH dissolve six monosolvents [water, methanol (MeOH), ethanol (EtOH), propan-1-ol (1-PrOH), propan-2-ol (2-PrOH), butan-1-ol (1-BuOH)] at an atmospheric pressure 0.1 MPa. The solubility measured temperature range 288.15–328.15 5 K intervals. It is revealed that based on temperature, rises with increase temperature. dissolves from high low following order: water < 1-BuOH 2-PrOH 1-PrOH EtOH MeOH, while for HBH, it > MeOH 1-BuOH. solvent effects, which account connections between solute, were studied using linear solvation energy relationship. solubilities successfully correlated modified Apelblat equation, van't Hoff NRTL, Wilson models, λh equation. values calculated these models aligned experimental solubility. highest relative average deviation root-mean-square 21.30 × 10–4 4.04% (λh equation) 11.62 6.09% (NRTL model), respectively. Also, model data utilized evaluate mixing thermodynamic properties BH, including excess Gibbs free enthalpy.

Aim This research aimed to explore the antipyretic and antioxidant activity of infusions Chromolaena odorata (COI), Abelmoschus manihot (AMI), Annona muricata (AMCI), Allium ascalonicum (AAI), Carica papaya (CPI), Tamarindus indica (TII), Zingiber officinale (ZOI ), Abrus precatorius (API), Momordica charantia (MCI) Strobilanthes crispus (SCI). Materials Methods The plant was tested using a peptone-induced rat model. male used were divided into 32 groups for each test. Each group consisted four rats, including negative control, positive control (paracetamol 150 mg/kg) COI, AMI, AMCI, AAI, CPI, TII, ZOI, API, MCI SCI, administered doses 100, 200 400 mg/kg. Initial rectal temperature recorded thermometer at depth 1.5 cm in rectum. Fever induction confirmed by rise more than 0.5°C. After drug administration, periodically 1, 2, 3 4 hr. Furthermore, DPPH method. Results results showed that administration SCI able significantly reduce febrile which depended on dose time. test indicated AAI exhibited very strong intensity, while API COI had medium AMI weak intensity TII displayed intensity. Conclusion Based results, it can be concluded exhibit activity.
