ABSTRACT This article explains the synthesis of three Schiff base Cu(II) complexes derived from 3‐hydroxybenzaldehyde and ethylenediamine using distinct copper anionic salts, it explores effects those salts on properties complexes. Elemental analysis, electronic spectra, FT‐IR, ESR, molar conductance, magnetic measurement, thermogravimetric analysis PXRD were used to characterize compounds. The salt has been demonstrated exhibit distinctive characteristics Gram‐positive Gram‐negative bacteria in terms structure, DNA binding, cell viability, breakage activity. Furthermore, this ligand L 1 its derivatives indicated positive antifungal efficacy against Aspergillus niger Trichophyton tonsurans . study elucidates manner which anion impacted their antifungal, anticancer antibacterial outcomes.

ABSTRACT The present paper discusses the synthesis of unprecedented red‐emitting mono‐azo compound pyrazole azo fluorescent tag (PAFT) by a diazotization method, followed an electrophilic substitution reaction. Further, metal complex PAFT is also prepared refluxing ethanolic solution ligand with corresponding (RuCl 3 and C 4 H 6 CuO .H 2 O) salts under suitable experimental conditions. synthesized fluorophore displays intense fluorescence in aggregate state has excellent qualities, including high purity, low cost, eco‐friendliness, good photostability. These unique characteristics led to development new fluorescence‐based technology for situ viewing latent fingerprints. Various spectroscopic analytical techniques are used confirm structural compounds, UV–Vis, FT‐IR, ( 1 H) NMR, HRMS, TGA, VSM, ESR, powder XRD methods. potency antibacterial activity compounds was evaluated. results revealed that [Ru(PAFT)Cl ] O showed sensitivity at 0.8 μL/mL against Gram‐positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus .
