Extracellular vesicles (EVs) have emerged as potential mediators of intercellular communication. EVs are nano-sized, lipid membrane-bound that contains biological information in the form proteins, metabolites and/or nucleic acids. key regulators tissue repair mechanisms, such context lung injuries. Recent studies suggest ability to COVID19-associated acute damage. hold great promise for therapeutic treatments, particularly treating a potentially fatal autoimmune response and attenuate inflammation. They known boost immunity involved pathogenesis various diseases, including viral infection. EV-based immunization technology has been proven elicit robust immune responses many models infectious disease, COVID-19. The field EV research tremendous advancing our understanding about infection pathogenesis, can be translated into anti-viral strategies.

SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19, is a global pandemic with higher mortality and morbidity than any other virus in last 100 years. Without public health surveillance, policy makers cannot know where how disease accelerating, decelerating, shifting. Unfortunately, existing models of COVID-19 contagion rely on parameters such as basic reproduction number use static statistical methods do not capture all relevant dynamics needed for surveillance. Existing surveillance data are subject to significant measurement error contaminants. The aim this study provide proof concept creation metrics correct contamination determine when it safe ease restrictions. We applied state-of-the-art modeling internet derive best available estimates state-level infection United States.Dynamic panel (DPD) were estimated Arellano-Bond estimator using generalized method moments. This technique enables control various deficiencies set. The validity model was tested.A Wald chi-square test explanatory power approach indicated valid (χ210=1489.84, P<.001), Sargan identification (χ2946=935.52, P=.59). 7-day persistence rate week June 27 July 3 0.5188 (P<.001), meaning every 10,000 new cases prior associated 5188 7 days later. For 4 10, increased by 0.2691 (P=.003), indicating 7879 Applied reported cases, these results indicate an increase almost additional per day state 4-10. signifies parameter corroborates hypothesis economic reopening without applying practices resurgence pandemic.DPD successfully useful metrics. opening America involves two certainties: country will be COVID-19-free only there effective vaccine, "social" end occur before "medical" end. Therefore, improved inform leaders open sections States more safely. DPD can combination extraction from websites.

SARS-CoV-2 is a new member of the coronavirus family and caused pandemic disease 2019 (COVID-19) in 2020. It crucial to design produce an effective vaccine for prevention rapid transmission possible deaths wcaused by disease. Although intensive work research are being carried out all over world develop vaccine, approved formulation that can prevent infection limit outbreak has not been announced yet. Among types vaccines, epitope-based peptide vaccines outshine with their low-cost production, easy modification structure, safety. In this review, studies against COVID-19 have summarized detailed information about provided. We only compared other but also presented comprehensive literature development steps protective give insight into on-going SARS-CoV-2.

Abstract Wuhan, a city of China, is the epicenter for pandemic outbreak coronavirus disease‐2019 (COVID‐19). It has become severe public health challenge to world and established emergency international worry. This infectious disease pulled down economy almost all top developed nations. The coronaviruses (CoVs) known various epidemics caused time time. Infectious diseases such as acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) middle east (MERS), followed by COVID‐19, are led outbreaks that scourged history mankind. CoVs evolved themselves more infectious, transmissible, with To prevent spread SARS‐CoV‐2, many countries have ordered complete lockdown combat outbreak. paper briefly discussed historical background evolution human (HCoVs), case studies development their antiviral medications. viral infection encountered present‐day challenges futuristic approaches help nanotechnology minimize viruses. drugs clinical advances, along herbal medicines inhibition immunity boosters, described. INTRODUCTION: Since December 2019, there has been an outbreak of a novel beta-Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) in Wuhan, China. On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 as pandemic, with over 118,000 cases more than 110 countries around world. In response to global Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) emergency, clinical trial research assessing efficacy and safety experimental vaccines prevent are emerging at unprecedented rate. The aim this systematic review was summarize preliminary experiences ongoing trials major candidates challenges vaccine strategies humans.EVIDENCE ACQUISITION: After a-priori protocol registration PROSPERO (181483), published literature conducted on April 24, using Medline (via PubMed), Embase Ovid), WHO databases. Moreover, explore recent we also searched preprint server medRxiv. Finally, scrutinized Cochrane study register section ClinicalTrials.gov database identify relevant trials. Thereafter selected articles according PRISMA Guidelines. Animal or in-vitro studies were excluded. Moreover editorials, commentaries, abstracts, reviews, book chapters, not English included.EVIDENCE SYNTHESIS: Our search identified 1359 papers, 478 367 only ten met inclusion criteria. Specifically, seven developed for S protein SARS-CoV-2 three assessed protective role BCG against COVID-19. first group included phase I/II different types molecules (DNA mRNA vaccine, bacterial plasmid viral vectors), latter III/IV designed basis heterologous lymphocyte activation by vaccine.CONCLUSIONS: This new is pushing scientific community develop swiftly safe effective vaccine. Notwithstanding limitations our analysis, given absence available results, try provide comprehensive view humans. analysis reveals worldwide effort both scientists enterprises achieve one most challenging goals century.
