A newer, simple, accurate, precise and selective reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous estimation of Nirmatrelvir Ritonavir in bulk formulation has been developed validated. The was performed using a 250x4.6mm,5µ Agilent Eclipse XDB coloumn with Acetonitrile: Octane sulphonic acid Buffer pH 2.5(30:70 v/v) used as mobile flow 1.0mL/min. PDA detection done at 287nm. were eluted retention time 2.312 4.238 min, respectively. ICH guidelines followed during validation process. procedure is fast, precise, accurate repeatable. Calibration curves linear concentration range 37-225 25-150µg/mL. Limits 0.45 0.3µg/mL limits quantification 1.5 1µg/mL best way to simultaneously determine these two drugs supported by method's low coefficients variation recovery. Stress factors such acidic, basic, oxidative, photolytic thermal conditions applied standard solutions. Degradant peaks seen alkaline oxidative environments, but no interference drug observed any accelerated settings, showing stability specificity approach. assay values 100.1 99.8% W/W indicating that approach also applicable pharmaceutical product estimation.

ABSTRACT Paxlovid, a novel antiviral medication developed by Pfizer, has attracted considerable attention as coronavirus disease 2019 therapeutic since it may be effective in treating the severe acute respiratory syndrome type 2‐caused disease. Paxlovid is known combination therapy includes two agents, Nirmatrelvir and Ritonavir, which both are involved viral replication process inhibition. A further discussion of molecular structure, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics components will help comprehend Paxlovid's mechanism impact effectiveness. High‐performance spectroscopic methods, including high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), infrared, ultraviolet‐visible spectroscopy have been among methods employed for compound identification, quantification, structural elucidation. Bioanalytical also made significant contribution to evaluation pharmacokinetic parameters, bioavailability, metabolism biological matrices. LC‐tandem mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) widely quantification its metabolites plasma, serum, other samples. This study brings forth an overview characteristics properties along with analytical bioanalytical assessment quantification.
