The pursuit of green innovation and sustainable practices is increasingly growing currently because the alarming environmental concerns coexistence economic expansions. Abstract The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between sustainability performance (SP) and financial (FP), based on disclosures (reporting) Jordanian sector for period 2017–2020. employs green innovation (GI) indicators as moderating mediating variables; by using hierarchical regression; means unlocking examining SP FP; through lens stakeholder theory. regression findings suggest that GI partially mediate FP, but do not demonstrate a effect. Abstract This study investigates the relationship between academic directors and corporate eco‐innovation in Chinese A‐listed firms context of growing urgency climate change. Based on argument that bring advanced knowledge, skills, experience, expertise to a board are more socially responsible ethical, we hypothesized would have positive influence eco‐innovation. We also examine how this nexus is moderated by pollutant having qualified foreign institutional investors (QFIIs). Abstract Drawing on the dynamic capability perspective, this study examines impact of green entrepreneurial orientation (GEO) sustainability performance through innovation, considering moderation ambidexterity. As digital technology continues to evolve rapidly and get integrated into various aspects of our cities societies, the alignment technological advancements with societal values becomes paramount. The evolving socio-technical landscape has prompted an increased focus on responsible innovation (RIT) among companies, driven by mounting public scrutiny, regulatory pressure, concerns about reputation long-term sustainability. This study contributes ongoing discourse practices conducting a policy review that delves insights from most influential high-tech companies’—so-called tech giants’—RIT guidance. findings disclose (a) leading companies have started RIT; (b) main RIT is artificial intelligence; (c) trustworthiness acceptability are common areas; (d) affordability related outcomes adoption almost absent policy; (e) sustainability considerations rarely part policy, but included in annual corporate reporting. ABSTRACT There is a dearth of empirical research to examine how firm's internal corporate governance mechanisms would impact eco‐innovation practices under distinctive nation‐level institutions. Therefore, we conducted this study the individual roles board size, diversity (i.e., female directors' presence) and independence in motivating an extended cross‐country setting. Furthermore, whether institutions moderate our primary associations. By employing system generalized method moment (SGMM) for panel data 19 countries from 2010 2021, find positive independence, whereas size has significant negative influence on practices. However, political cultural systems negatively, education labour financial strengthen findings. The results remain strong even after using additional measurements dependent variables, addressing endogeneity concerns multiple estimating methods account bias omitted variables. Regulators policymakers can use these findings formulate stringent institutional policies regard eco‐innovation.
