The purpose of this study is to investigate the role AI capability (AIC) on organizational creativity (OC), green innovation (GI), and sustainable performance (SP). It also aims mediating roles OC GI, as well moderating knowledge sharing culture (KNC). This used quantitative methodology utilized a survey collect data from 421 employees in different organizations Bangladesh. Abstract Amidst escalating global environmental challenges, the banking sector is increasingly turning to artificial intelligence (AI) enhance sustainability performance (ESP). Owing to global warming and changing environmental factors, the world has been experiencing negative major changes. Society is showing a strong reaction these problems through marches, protests, political initiatives, which also demonstrate need for new understanding of leadership. In this respect, green transformational leadership emerges as potential solution. The current study aims determine mediating role innovation performance in effect on sustainable competitive advantage. With aim, model was formed by utilizing Natural Resource-Based View (NRBV) theory. To test model, data were collected survey answered 412 people working SMEs Istanbul analyzed via Smart-PLS program. results indicate that had moderate role, low light results, advantage predicted NRBV theory found have achieved.

This paper investigates the critical role of government policies in promoting green development through enterprise-level innovation (GI). We specifically examine impact environmental subsidies (ES) on heavily polluting enterprises and analyze how enforcement (EE) moderates this relationship. Furthermore, we explore these effects vary across different ES characteristics allocation patterns. Using data from heavy-polluting listed China’s A-share market 2012 to 2021, our analysis reveals several key findings. First, has unexpectedly hindered GI enterprises. negative effect stems both Specifically, advance subsidies, targeted pollution prevention prove ineffective. The adverse is particularly pronounced state-owned enterprises, companies lacking protection investments, firms engaging earnings management practices. However, findings indicate that strong can effectively mitigate ES-related issues. ABSTRACT Corporate environmental performance (CEP) has emerged as a matter of topmost importance within the business domain, organizations increasingly acknowledge exigency integrating sustainable practices into their core operational frameworks. Drawing from natural resource‐based view, institutional, stakeholder, and legitimacy theories, this study hypothesizes positive relationship for impact artificial intelligence (AI) on Chinese listed firms' CEP, moderated by roles state ownership (SOWN) external stakeholders, i.e., auditor (BIG4), financial analysts (FA), media coverage (MC). The analyzes comprehensive dataset 9033 firm‐year observations A‐share firms Shanghai Shenzhen stock exchanges over period 2010–2019. AI is measured through computer‐assisted textual analysis annual reports, while CEP quantified using responsibility scores an independent rating agency (HEXUN‐RKS). Employing fixed effects panel regression models, empirical findings reveal significant between CEP. results moderation demonstrate that BIG4 FA significantly strengthen AI–CEP relationship, but MC does not. Moreover, study's heterogeneity analyses indicate more pronounced in decision‐effective highly competitive industries. In the context of global economic digital transformation and technological innovation, application AI Technology has a profound impact on corporate innovation development. Existing research primarily focused direct effect Corporate Innovation Performance, while there is limited exploration its interaction with organizational learning mechanisms. Based Dynamic Capabilities Theory, this study constructs framework “Technology—Individual Learning Capability—Team Capability—Innovation Performance”, analyzing how enhances capabilities to drive improvements in performance explores moderating role Organizational Capability.
