Abstract This study examines how employee engagement functions as a mediator between worker productivity and Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices in Bangladesh's industrial industry. We used web-based, structured questionnaire to survey 401 workers from different companies. Taking into consideration the moderating role of perceived organizational support within framework natural resource-based view (RBV) theory, purpose this study is to investigate connection between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainable environmental performance. This comprehensive review examines recent innovations in green technology and their impact on environmental sustainability. The study analyzes advancements renewable energy, sustainable transportation, waste management, building practices. To accomplish the specific objectives of current study, exploration was conducted using PRISMA guidelines major academic databases, such as Web Science, Scopus, IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect. Through a systematic literature with research influence mapping technique, we identified key trends, challenges, future directions technology. Our aggregate findings suggest that while significant progress has been made reducing impact, barriers high initial costs technological limitations persist. Hence, for well-being societal communities, practices should be adopted more widely. By investing practices, communities can reduce degradation, improve public health, create resilient infrastructures support both ecological economic stability. Green technologies, energy sources, eco-friendly construction, efficient management systems, agriculture, not only mitigate pollution but also lower greenhouse gas emissions, thereby combating climate change. ABSTRACT This study explores the role of sustainability practices in facilitating adoption a circular business model within readymade garment (RMG) sector Bangladesh. Specifically, wants to investigate how green supply chain (GSCPs), investment (GI), and human capital (GHC) contribute ensuring RMG (SRMG) transitioning businesses towards economy ( CE ). A survey 589 Bangladeshi managers using 7‐point Likert scale informed this quantitative study. PLS‐SEM revealed significant predictor–outcome correlations, while necessity condition analysis (NCA) identified essential conditions for desired outcomes. found that GSCM, GHC, SRMG significantly positively influence adoption. Additionally, it sustainable (SPs) mediate relationship between GSC, GI, enriches existing knowledge by exploring key relationships proposed model, highlighting direct indirect effects.

Innovation in enterprise development is undoubtedly important. The relationship between its structure and the formation of innovation factors at core, so it crucial to clarify them. Therefore, based on data A-share listed companies China from 2007 2022, this paper adopts a multilevel structural equation model explore effect human capital performance. Unlike prior studies, divides performance by enterprises into “substantive innovation” “strategic innovation.” Our results show that plays an important role promoting both strategic substantive innovation, which achieved mainly increasing technological intensity, investing more R&D, receiving government subsidies.
