Exosomes
are
extracellular
vesicles

Exosomes,
a
subgroup

we
used
iodixanol
density
gradient
centrifugation
for
the
isolation
purification
label-free
exosomal
PD-L1
using
biochip
based
on
surface
plasmon
resonance
(SPR-ExoPD-L1).
The
obtained
are
lipid-bilayer
classical
exosome
markers
CD9,
CD63
CD81
highly
enriched.
Besides,

specifically
expressed
instead
non-vesicular
components
or
large
vesicles.
Compared
with
enzyme-linked
immunosorbent
assays,
SPR-ExoPD-L1
assay

better
distinguish
