Palladium (Pd) is a 4d transition metal with electronic configuration [Kr] 4d10 5s0, and it one of the most widely studied metals in periodic table due to its versatile catalytic role organic synthesis. The choice ligands that can coordinate Pd sites plays crucial progress reaction. Due coexistence multiple oxidation states (Pd(0)/Pd(II)), active catalysts participate various stages coupling Pd-catalyzed C-C reactions proceed through four steps: (1) oxidative addition reactant site, (2) transmetallation, (3) rearrangements ligand centers (4) reductive elimination products. Abstract Immobilized Pd‐catalyzed Suzuki‐Miyaura coupling under continuous‐flow conditions using a packed‐bed reactor, representing an efficient, automated, practical, and safe technology compared to conventional batch‐type reactions. The core objective of this study is the development active durable catalyst. In contrast supported Pd nanoparticles, attachment complexes onto solid supports through well‐defined coordination sites considered favorable approach for preparing highly dispersed stabilized species. These species can be directly employed in various flow reactions without need pre‐treatment. Abstract Aryl bromides and 4‐chlorotoluene as an example aryl chloride in the presence of N ‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) palladium hydroxo dimers type [{Pd(μ‐OH)Cl(NHC)} 2 ] (where NHC=IPr, SIPr, IMes, SIMes) undergo efficient selective Sonogashira cross‐coupling with (hetero)arylacetylenes. The procedure allows high‐throughput synthesis a broad spectrum 1,2‐diarylacetylenes using 10 ppm [{Pd(μ‐OH)Cl(IPr)} precatalyst. For coupling phenylacetylene, TON=560000 was achieved. Abstract Phosphine periodic mesoporous organosilicas (R‐P‐PMO‐TMS: R=Ph, t Bu), which possess electron‐donating alkyl substituents on the phosphorus atom, were synthesized using bifunctional compounds with alkoxysilyl‐ and phosphino groups, bis[3‐(triethoxysilyl)propyl]phenylphosphine borane ( 1 a ) bis[3‐(triethoxysilyl)propyl]‐ tert ‐butylphosphine b ). Immobilization of Pd(0) species was performed to give R‐P‐Pd‐PMO‐TMS: R=Ph 2 ), Bu 3 respectively. The immobilized applicable as catalysts for Suzuki‐Miyaura cross‐coupling reactions aryl chlorides phenylboronic acid. It revealed that bearing more groups exhibited higher catalytic activity. Various functional including both electron withdrawing donating compatible in system. recyclability examined support its moderate utility recycle use.
