Herein, we present an efficient Cu( ii )-catalyzed cascade synthesis of sulfonated 3-carboxamide quinolin-2-(1 H )-ones. Inthis paper, sulfonylhydrazides underwent unusual N–N bond cleavage and functioned as sulfamide synthons.

Multicomponent reactions hold the potential to maximize synthetic efficiency in preparation of diverse and complex molecular scaffolds. An unprecedented formal [3+1+1+1] annulation approach for one-step synthesis fluoroalkylated 2-H-pyrimidines commencing from perfluoroalkyl alkenes, paraformaldehyde, ammonium carbonate is described. By harnessing readily accessible (CH2O)n cheap (NH4)2CO3 as a formamidine surrogate, this method effectively replaces traditionally preformed amidines with pyrimidine assembly. The multicomponent reaction proceeds step-economical, operationally simple, metal-free, additive-free manner, featuring broad substrate scope, excellent functional group compatibility, scalability. elaboration obtained 2-H-pyrimidine further demonstrated alkylation vinylation its C2 position.

Abstract In this research, graphene oxide-polyaniline (GO-PANI) nanocomposite was successfully synthesized and its catalytic performance evaluated for the synthesis of N-aryl-1,4-dihydropyridine (1,4-DHP) hydroquinoline derivatives. The GO nanosheets were prepared using Hummers’ method, in-situ polymerization aniline conducted with ammonium persulfate (APS) serving as initiator. demonstrated notable efficiency, achieving yields 80–94% 1,4-DHP derivatives 84–96% GO-PANI thoroughly characterized by various techniques, including Fourier Transforms Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM), X-ray Diffraction analysis (XRD), Thermogravimetric (TGA), Energy Dispersive (EDS), all which confirmed successful nanocomposite. Furthermore, after ten cycles reusability testing, retained high no significant degradation. This findings indicate that is a promising non-metal catalyst
