Rising concerns about social isolation and loneliness globally have highlighted the need for a greater understanding of their mental physical health implications. Robust evidence documents connection factors as independent predictors health, with some strongest on mortality. Objective Electronic mental health interventions are effective but not well promoted currently among older adults. This study sought to systematically review and summarize the barriers facilitators of accepting implementing electronic Methods We comprehensively retrieved six databases from January 2012 September 2022: PubMed, Web Science, Embase, Scopus, PsycINFO, CINAHL. The JBI-QARI was used assess quality research methodology each publication. Eligible studies underwent data coding synthesis aligned inductive deductive methods. Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research 2.0 as a framework guide more structured analysis. Results systematic screened 4309 articles, 17 which were included (eight with mixed methods nine qualitative methods). identified extracted adults: (1) innovation: technology challenges, optimized functions, contents, security privacy; (2) outer setting: community engagement partnerships, financing; (3) inner leadership engagement, available resources, incompatibility, intergenerational support, training guidance; (4) individuals: perceptions, capability, motivation adults healthcare providers; (5) implementation process: recruit, external assistance, team. ABSTRACT Purpose: This study aims to foster a dialog between the experiences and identities of Nigerian female breast cancer survivors Margaret Newman’s theory health as expanding consciousness.
