We
reported
the
first
example
of
visible-light-induced
radical
cascade
cyclization
2-isocyanobiaryls
via
1,5-HAT,
which
is
characterized
by
broad
substrate
scope,
excellent
functional
group
compatibility
and
no
requirement
any
metals
base.

An
unprecedented
route
for
the
preparation
of
fused
tetracyclic
N-heterocycles
is
presented
through
palladium-catalyzed
cyclization
isocyanides
with
alkyne-tethered
aryl
iodides.
In
this
transformation,
a
novel
amino-to-alkyl
1,5-palladium
migration/intramolecular
C(sp3)-C(sp2)
coupling
sequence
was
observed
first.
More
importantly,
isocyanide
exhibited
three
roles,
serving
simultaneously
as
C1
synthon,
C1N1
and
donor
C(sp3)
coupling,
reaction
sole
successful
example
that
achieved
C(sp3)-H
activation
isocyanide.

Ag–Cu–Sb
system
is
a
key
component
of
lead
anode
slime
and
boasts
an
exceptionally
high
economic
recovery
value.
In
this
work,
six
models,
including
the
Molecular
Interaction
Volume
Model
(MIVM),
Modified
(M-MIVM),
Wilson
equation,
Miedema
model,
Regular
Solution
(RSE)
Sub-Regular
(SRSE),
are
used
to
calculate
predicted
values
activity
its
deviations
with
experimental
data
for
binary
alloys
in
first
time.
result
reveals
that
overall
means
average
relative
deviation
standard
M-MIVM
0.01501
3.97278%,
respectively,
which
about
two
times
smaller
than
those
other
five
indicating
stability
reliability
M-MIVM.
meantime,
Cu–Ag
alloy
at
1423
K,
Sb–Ag
1250
K
Sb–Cu
1375
calculated
from
more
reliable
pass
Herington
test.
Then,
separation
coefficient–composition
(β–x),
temperature–composition
(T–x–y)
pressure–composition
(P–x–y)
Cu–Ag,
plotted
based
on
vacuum
theories,
showing
relatively
difficult
separate
temperatures
or
copper
contents
detrimental
obtaining
high-purity
silver.
Meanwhile,
theoretical
T–x–y
diagram
consistent
available
data.
These
results
can
guide
experiments
industrial
production
concerning
Ag–Cu,
Ag–Sb
Cu–Sb
alloys.

Intramolecular
reactions
between
isocyano
and
iminophosphorane
functions
yield
species
containing
an
embedded
1,3,2-diazaphosphetidine
ring,
as
result
of
the
[2
+
2]
cycloaddition
primary
reactive
product,
cyclic
carbodiimide,
with
a
second
unit
reactant.
DFT
studies
reveal
first
rate-determining
step
entailing
1]
involving
isocyanide
carbon
atom
P═N
double
bond,
further
intervention
dipolar
precursor
intermediate
carbodiimide.
The
ring
final
products
is
shown
to
be
hydrolytically
thermally
labile.
