Background: Non-specific low back pain is the leading cause of years lived with disability worldwide. The present study investigates non-specific pain, perceptions and due to among Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Boxing athletes. Methods: included 90 amateur athletes (aged 18-45 years; M = 28.97, SD 5.88). completed valid reliable Pain Beliefs Perceptions Inventory (PBPI), Quebec Disability Scale (QPDS) Short-Form McGill Questionnaire (SF-MPQ) which includes Visual Analogue (10 cm VAS 0-10 rating system) Present Intensity index (PPI). Results: results revealed that majority rated their as (SF-MPQ: 12.34, 8.91; VAS: 1.65, 1.82; PPI: 2.10, 1.08) (QPDS: 18.98, 22.71). Also, disagreed was mysterious or persistent high duration (PBPI: 1.43, 2.23). Between three martial arts, Jitsu showed statistically significantly (a) higher emotional sensational intensity (x2(2) 15.73; p < 0.001; x2(2) 19.34; 0.001), (b) (x2(2)= 25.30; 0.001) (c) more mysterious, 9.32; 0.05) than a few correlations were found between age perception only in arts Conclusions: Further research required elucidate biomechanical psychological factors contributing these differences

Lumbar disc herniation (LDH) is a common chronic orthopedic condition characterized by the protrusion of nucleus pulposus tissue, leading to low back and leg pain. Its pathophysiology remains poorly understood. The aim this study was investigate whether demethylase Fat mass obesity-associated protein (FTO) mediates local translation P2X3 receptors (P2X3R) in rat model LDH. effect process on excitability dorsal root ganglion (DRG) cells also examined, which may elucidate peripheral molecular mechanisms underlying specific pain sensitivity LDH models were established male Sprague-Dawley rats. Behavioral tests assessed mechanical thermal thresholds motor function. expression P2X3R FTO DRG investigated RT-qPCR, Western blot, immunofluorescence. knocked down, methylation examined MeRIP validate their roles. IL-1β IL-6 levels quantified ELISA. Protein interactions predicted using AutoDock, neuronal patch clamp recordings. Compared with Sham group, group showed reduction threshold hind limbs. There no significant differences increased group. DRG, localized mainly cell membrane colocalized NeuN. Intrathecal injection P2X3R-siRNA FTO-siRNA effective increasing thresholds, reducing FTO, decreasing neurons, IL-6. RNA Methylation Immunoprecipitation (MeRIP) analysis revealed reduced m6A modification mRNA AutoDock hydrogen bond between P2X3R. These findings suggest that regulates DRG. This influences contributes LDH-induced hyperalgesia.

Low back pain (LBP) is the primary factor contributing to years lived with disability. In view of close correlation between functions body, which cannot be examined piecemeal but as an integrated system, a holistic approach allows for comprehensive assessment patient. The main objective this study evaluate impact face-to-face or remote rehabilitation treatment on psychosocial aspects patients chronic low (CLBP) examining all possible related dimensions: cognitive function, anxiety and depression, perception, adherence, sexual sphere, family dynamics, social support, dysfunctional communication, quality life (QoL), while also considering attribution causes. This prospective, randomized, controlled trial blinded outcome assessors evaluates functioning 86 LBP. Participants divided into two groups compare tele-rehabilitation 1:1 randomization based web-based system will undergo neuropsychological, psychological, associated clinical condition through standardized tests ad hoc questionnaires at enrollment (T0), after 1 month (T1), 2 months (T2), 6 (T3). analysis involves descriptive statistics, ANOVA, effects outcomes multiple time points. We expect provide comprehensive, in-depth, understanding patient, shedding light challenges they may face in managing LBP (CLBP). Repeated administration allow us monitor patient over time, assess any changes their health status, structure intervention tailored needs. By emphasizing these often neglected areas multi-step assessment, it quantify analyze how risk factors can affect patients' wellbeing hinder process recovery. Kinesiophobia is a significant factor which influences the prognosis of patients with chronic non-specific low back pain (CNLBP). The restriction functional training can severely impede recovery and contribute to negative emotional states (including anxiety depression) heightened risk insomnia while exacerbating economic burden on patients. Although several randomised controlled trials have evaluated effects various non-pharmacological interventions kinesiophobia in CNLBP, their relative efficacy potential adverse remain ambiguous. Databases such as PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP Data, SinoMed were searched. The RevMan 5.4 tool was utilized conduct subgroup analyses on eight moderating variables, including types exercise, cycle, sample size, study quality, outcome indicator, comparisons different intervention methods with control group from 42 included studies. Random effects models employed test for overall effects, heterogeneity, bias. effect size significant (SMD= -1.21, P < 0.00001). Subgroup showed yoga had largest -1.97, = 0.0001). Exercise duration ≤ 30 min -1.31, 0.0001), frequencies > 4 times/week -1.56, 0.00001), cycles weeks -1.61, 0.00001) most effective. Sample sizes 30~60 cases -1.36, studies moderate bias risk -1.37, also large effects. Oswestry Disability Index scores demonstrated -3.35, physical factors -1.85, All effectively alleviated pain, showing best results. protocol involved not exceeding per session, frequency more than times week, cycle weeks. Abstract Service providers find it difficult to implement Physical Exercise (PE) strategies in routine care within inpatient mental health settings even though they perceive be an effective therapy, with a robust evidence base. Identifying barriers that exist can assist the development of future interventions and support PE services being introduced into settings. The aim this systematic review was synthesise on or perceived amongst service users when incorporating as intervention Using narrative synthesis approach, four main themes were identified: (i) Barriers relating users' physical health, (ii) Factors providers, (iii) Environmental factors (iv) Cultural factors. Both need more knowledge implementing Tailored programmes for are warranted, specialist roles staff developed.

Eighty-six volunteers participated study. Fingertip-to-floor distance, Schöber’s test, fingertip-to-floor lateral flexion GHQ-12, Fear-Avoidance Beliefs Questionnaire and STarT Back Screening Tool were used. There statistically significant differences between two groups (pain no pain) (Schöber’s test side flexion) showing greater group with However, showed less rotational mobility. presence or absence had an impact individual’s sporting practice perception they able carry out their activities normally.
