Microplastics
(MPs)
and
nanoplastics
(NPs)
are
widely
spread
in
the
environment,
generating
significant
concern
due
to
their
potential
impact
on
environmental
health.
Marine
species
usually
ingest
plastic
fragments,
mistaking
them
for
food.
Many
toxic
compounds,
such
as
additives
that
not
chemically
bound
matrix,
can
be
released
from
MPs
NPs
reach
humans
via
food
chain.
This
paper
highlights
development
validation
of
a
straightforward
solid–liquid
extraction
clean-up
procedure
combination
with
matrix
solid-phase
dispersion
method
using
high-performance
liquid
chromatography
coupled
mass
spectrometry
(HPLC-MS)

Bisphenol
A
(BPA)
is
a
synthetic
chemical
widely
employed
to
synthesize
epoxy
resins,

polycarbonate
plastics.
BPA
abundant
in
the
environment,
i.e.,
food
containers,
water
bottles,
thermal
papers,
toys,
medical
devices,
etc.,
incorporated
into
soil/water
through
leaching.
Being
potent
endocrine
disrupter,
has
potential

several
body
mechanisms.
Studies
confirmed
its
anti-androgen
action
estrogen-like
effects,
which
impart
many
negative
health
impacts,
especially
on
immune
system,
neuroendocrine
process,
reproductive
mechanism.

it
can

mutagenesis
carcinogenesis,
as
per
recent
scientific

microplastics
(MPs)
is
increasing
at
a
dramatic
rate
globally,

risks
for
exposure

adverse
effects

human
health.
Apart
from
being
physical
objects,
MP
particles
contain
thousands
plastic-associated
chemicals
(i.e.,
monomers,
chemical
additives,
non-intentionally
added
substances)
captured
within
the
polymer
matrix.
These
are
often
migrating
MPs
can
be
found
in
various
environmental
matrices
food
chains;
health
effects.
In
addition
to
attributes
MPs,
plastic
surfaces
effectively
bind
exogenous
chemicals,

pollutants
(e.g.,
heavy
metals,
persistent
