Abstract Introduction Human brucellosis is a zoonotic bacterial disease with up to 500,000 new cases each year. The major evasion mechanisms from the host immune system by Brucella are restraint of complement pathway and Toll‐like receptors signaling pathways, interference efficient antigen presentation CD4‐positive T lymphocytes, selective subversion autophagy inhibition dendritic cell stimulation, autophagolysosomal fusion, macrophage apoptosis. Many molecular cellular pathways contribute that microRNAs have vital function in immunopathogenesis this disease. In regard, these molecules apply for their roles modulating various events like inflammatory reactions defense. Recently, case immunity human brucellosis, it has been shown play an important role against bacteria. Methods Results study, we tried review defense infection highlight current knowledge infected cells pathogens. recent findings suggest regulation expression impaired during infection, which may progression or responses pathogen. Conclusions interplay between miRNAs pathogens underlying process required comprehensive examination unravel novel therapeutic diagnostic approaches.

Abstract This study investigates the relationships between subclinical mastitis and milk quality with selected microRNAs in cow milk. California Mastitis Test (CMT)‐positive (n = 20) negative samples were compared (Experiment I). Additionally, CMT‐positive but microbiological‐negative, as well positive for only Staphylococcus subspecies ( Staph spp.) Streptococcus Strep examined II). Four groups formed Experiment II: Group I (CMT microbiological‐negative) 20), II (CMT‐positive 10), III 5), IV 5). While electrical conductivity, somatic cell count (SCC), malondialdehyde (MDA) increased, miR‐27a‐3p miR‐223 upregulated miR‐125b downregulated group I. SCC MDA higher groups. Groups IV. miR‐155 is upregulated, Milk fat positively correlated miR‐148a miR‐223. As MDA, negatively conductivity SCC. correlated. was fat‐free dry matter, protein, lactose, freezing point. miR‐148a. Results particularly highlight potential biomarkers mastitis, especially those caused by spp. spp., while miR‐148a, miR‐155, stand out determining quality.

Background. Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is one of the main bacterial pathogens causing chronic infections, mainly because its capacity to produce biofilm. Biofilm production underlying strategies for antibacterial drug resistance. Accordingly, preventing and attenuating biofilm has become an emerging approach controlling persistent infections. Therefore, this scoping review aimed at surveying published literature describing usage probiotics their derivatives against biofilm-producing MRSA. Methods. Updated searches were conducted across seven electronic databases including Web Science, PubMed, Scopus, Cochrane Library, ProQuest, Embase, Google Scholar identify all original articles about In regard, studies summarized analyzed in present review. Results. reviewed studies, various microorganisms compounds used as follows: Lactobacillus species (8 studies), Enterococcus (4 Bacillus (2 Streptomyces Saccharomyces cerevisiae (1 study), Corynebacterium accolens Lactococcus lactis derived Nisin (3 studies). Based on our comprehensive search, 21 with eligibility criteria included 12 clinical strains, 6 ATCC, 2 simultaneously standard finally 1 study food sample. Conclusions. Our showed that there was increasing trend number publications reporting The results could use guide undertaking subsequent systematic reviews. summary, antimicrobial antibiofilm properties can embedded agent products or a biopharmaceutical prevention treatment MRSA
