This study examined the relation between pandemic-related stressors and mental health among young people (YP) in India during two time points waning phase of pandemic. Classical galactosemia (CG), an inborn error of galactose metabolism, results in long-term complications including cognitive impairment and movement disorders, despite early diagnosis dietary treatment. Two decades ago, lower motor-, cognitive- social health related quality life (HRQoL) was demonstrated pediatric adult patients. Since then, the diet has been relaxed, newborn screening implemented new international guidelines resulted major changes follow-up.
