Abstract In this study, in a pioneering effort, glomalin proteins were extracted and geochemically characterized from soil Serbia. Standard chemical (dry combustion, Walkley-Black) spectroscopic methods (fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), dynamic light scattering (DLS), scanning electron microscope (SEM)) used to gain insight into the proteins. Samples City of Novi Sad (Serbia) for characterization comparison. The contained an average 17 mg/g glomalin, representing ≈21% organic matter. DLS zeta potential analysis FTIR spectra reveal two significant differences before after extraction, indicating relationship between sand fractions matter that affects particle aggregation erosion potential. A comparison SEM images results reveals extract consists size groups (0.08–1 6 µm), suggesting extraction process isolates only smaller fraction less tightly bound particles, is influenced by both mineralogy characteristics Hence, our research raises important questions about role mitigating degradation processes, particularly erosion. Our study will enhance overall understanding inspire future research, prove beneficial sustainable restoration degraded lands.

This study explores the relationship between greenhouse gases (GHGs) and particulate emissions quality of life. The aim is to understand how affect life globally—across countries, regions, global population. Statistical methods were used examine impact various emissions’ indicators on different aspects highlights urgent need for climate change action encourages policymakers take strategic steps. Climate adversely affects numerous daily life, leading significant consequences that must be addressed through policy changes governance recommendations. Key findings include higher CO2 methane air pollution negatively are positively associated with electricity while GDP unemployment. Air has an adverse effect all three children’s welfare dimension These results provide timely convincing insights policy- decision-making aimed at mitigating
