Although the effects of air pollution on economics have been reflected in recent research, very little literature has explored whether enterprises are actively adopting digital transformation under pressure pollution. Considering serious China and importance transformation, this study uses panel data Chinese A-share listed companies quality data, from 2014 to 2020, investigate impact transformation. The results show that forces engage conclusion still holds after endogeneity robustness tests. Further, a mechanism analysis indicates affects through green cognition, innovation, government subsidies. Meanwhile, regional informatization positively moderates relationship between three mechanisms. Finally, heterogeneity shows significantly eastern regions, state-owned, capital-intensive, technology-intensive enterprises.

Abstract In a highly informative society, digital transformation has become new driving force to enhance enterprise competitiveness and promote high‐quality economic development. This paper examines the impact of on firms' resource allocation efficiency using sample Chinese A‐share listed companies in manufacturing industry from 2007 2019. Abstract The rapid development of digital industries such as artificial intelligence and big data has fundamentally transformed production, providing new opportunities for the diversification firms. ABSTRACT Beyond improving financial performance, enterprise digital transformation (EDT) also contributes to social and environmental well‐being. This study aims investigate the impact mechanism of EDT on environmental, social, governance (ESG) performance applies fixed‐effects model regress panel data Chinese listed companies from 2009 2022. We find that promotes ESG by optimizing internal controls information disclosure quality, with blockchain contributing more prominently. positive effect is significant among enterprises are state‐owned, larger, polluting. Abstract With the fast development of digital economy, this study concentrates on influence economy income inequality in 97 countries. Three results are discovered. Firstly, contributes to improving inequality, but effect is weakened by moderating globalization globally. Secondly, economic improves lower‐middle‐income and low‐income countries; while high‐income countries upper‐middle‐income not significant.
