The prevalence of hypertension and obesity are a worldwide concern.Assess the metabolites profile after intervention with mixed dietary fiber in overweight obese normotensive women. This is randomized double blind placebo-controlled study. Through simple randomization process, two groups were allocated, eleven women (group 1) receiving 12 g thirteen 2) placebo (corn starch) for eight weeks. Anthropometric biochemical tests lifestyle analyzed. As evaluation metabolomics, used 1H NMR. data matrix generated 96 samples 225 variables, which was exported ASCII format "The Unscrumbler" statistics software (version 9.7, CAMO Process). After fiber, significant differences observed between main types metabolites, referring to increase relative peak areas three HDL 4.94 ppm (0.0086*), 1.28 (0 .0337*), 0.88 (0.0224*) an α-glucose metabolite 4.90 (0.0106) reduction systolic blood pressure (SBP) (0.0292*) 7 mmHg reference range group there SBP (0.0118*) 4 choline 3.65 (0.0266*), does not call into question validity these results literature. The synergism functions statistically highlighted contributed prevention women.

The association between subjective walking speed and metabolic diseases has received limited attention, particularly in individuals with obesity. We aimed to clarify this using comprehensive health checkup data of participants In total, 8578 a body mass index ≥ 25.0 kg/m2, 9626 waist circumference 85 cm men 90 women, 6742 who met both criteria were included cross-sectional analysis. Subjective was investigated the question "Is your faster than those age sex?" examination questionnaire. Metabolic defined according guidelines for each disease, modified Poisson regression analyses performed. model adjusted sex, obesity based on fast showed significantly lower risk diabetes mellitus (risk ratio [RR] 0.70; 95% CI 0.63–0.77) dyslipidemia (RR 0.97; 0.94–1.00). Similarly, among circumference, significant negative hypertension 0.94; 0.90–0.97 RR 0.95; 0.92–0.99, respectively), 0.64–0.77 0.63–0.77, 0.96; 0.94–0.99 0.94–0.99, respectively). Thus, obesity, odds if their fast. This study contributes earlier prevention cascade that begin
