Abstract The utilization of natural fibre-reinforced polymer composites has been tremendously growing in various applications automotive and aerospace components. In this aspect, the researcher’s community is approaching global market with new ideas for developing a complete eco-friendly, sustainable, green composite. Plant-based have received great interest from initial stage due to their unique features, such as lightweight, corrosion resistance, specific properties, excellent mechanical thermal properties. This research article attempts novel technique coating fibres polylactic acid (PLA) part surface modification which improves fibre Then were reinforced weight percentages conductive fillers, Copper (Cu), Alumina (Al 2 O 3 ), Graphene (Gr), improve electrical properties using hand layup technique. fabricated samples tested dielectric electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding effectiveness (SE) resonance open shielded method. Based on test results, it was noted that strength (K) started increase percentage highlighted by incorporating losing insulation 0.9 wt% nanofillers achieved maximum SE abs −19.61 dB total −22.67 at frequency range 8–12 GHz.

Owing to the crucial qualities such as strength, stiffness and durability, well low-cost manufacturing benefits, fibre-reinforced composite materials are becoming more popular in structural applications. The current work basically focused on influence of Pistachio shell particles (PSP) mechanical performances kenaf(K)/glass(G)/polyester hybrid laminates. Usual hand layup technique is used fabricate different stacking order laminates KKKK, KGGK, GKKG, KGKG, GGGG with PSP filler concentration 1 wt%, 3 wt% 5 wt%. experimental findings reflect a noticeable improvement properties gradual inclusion filler. KGKG laminate shows an optimum tensile strength 127.35 MPa highest micro-hardness value 21.35 HV, whereas exhibits maximum flexural 112.42 impact 75.59 KJ/m 2 . numerical analysis also been carried out validate results using ANSYS 19.0 software. On comparing data values, deviation result found be within limit 5% 10%. Furthermore, Thermo Gravimetric Analysis (TGA) has shown amount residue 31.22% at 700°C case GKKG Again, filler, lower water intake capability 3.5% comparison KGGK saturation time 14 days. fractography study conducted examine mode failure during testing by help Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM).

The widespread utilization of plant cellulose fiber-inorganic fillers-synthetic fabric-reinforced laminates is the current trend in research field.
