Abstract Nowadays, the demand for protective clothing specific activities has been fueled by consumer's attitudes toward hygiene and their active lifestyles. The aim of present work is focused on creating textiles that are safe environment. This study uses mushroom–neem oil neem to test antioxidant properties make cotton fabric resists bacterial growth. Pad dry cure used create antimicrobial with citric acid (1%) as a cross‐linking agent. antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli DPPH assay were assessed applying separately knitted at 120, 130, 140, 150°C. Abstract A sustainable solution to lessen environmental damage, improve health and fulfill the increasing need for environmentally conscious goods might be textile industry use eco‐friendly printing techniques natural colors. Without of toxic metal‐based mordants, this research work set out examine how thickeners, biomordants, dyes interacted when printed on cotton knit fabric. Two from resources leaves Jujube (JL) Eucalyptus bark (EB) were extracted in an aqueous medium. paste was produced using different proportions two bio‐mordants. For process, tamarind seeds, Indian gooseberries used that have been a Soxhlet apparatus at 80°C 8 h. All but handful samples binders showed outstanding fastness sample which graded 4 or 5. The development dye‐fiber bond indicated by presence intense covalent between dye fiber molecules as FTIR. CMC lab data K/S value also obtained satisfactorily with maximum RFL 77.319 K/s 1.659. This method not only lessens impact sector supports better more ecologically sensitive manufacturing technique. Abstract Silk, a natural polymer protein fiber, possesses exceptional properties such as smoothness, softness, breathability, and drapability. However, silk is susceptible to photochemical reactions in light, leading yellowing, brittleness, deterioration on the fabric's surface, which significantly affects its service life performance. In this experiment, we utilized ascorbic acid hydrogen peroxide initiation system, along with glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) graft monomer, conduct copolymerization modification fabrics. To enhance light resistance of fabrics textile industry, grafting parameters were optimized rate adjusted impart anti‐UV anti‐aging properties. Moreover, whiteness value drastically increased from 26.71% 88.23%, breaking strength surged 174.6 211.5 N, contact angle surpassed 90° at an 8.8% rate, resulting heightened hydrophobicity. Finally, modified exhibited remarkable resistance, rendering them better suited for advanced applications. This research work provided window opportunity prevent yellowing improve making more suitable various applications future. Highlights Grafted 88.23%. Silk had over hydrophobicity grafting. This study investigates the milling behavior of wood-plastic composites (WPCs) made from recycled polypropylene (RPP) reinforced with waste cotton fabric and pine sawdust. The effects spindle speed (600 rpm, 400 200 rpm), feed rate (0.2 mm/rev, 0.4 0.6 mm/rev), depth cut (2.5 mm, 3.0 3.5 mm) on key response variables—material removal (MRR), surface roughness (Ra), machining forces (Fm), delamination factor (Fd)—were analyzed. ANOVA Signal-to-Noise Ratio methods were used to evaluate significance parameters, while multi-response optimization was conducted using Surface Response Optimization Technique. results showed that significantly influenced roughness, primarily affected MRR forces. optimal parameters—600 rpm speed, 0.2 mm/rev rate, mm cut—achieved an 23.45 3 /min, Ra 0.13 µm, Fm 13.66 N, Fd 1.08. findings underscore importance parameter for enhancing efficiency quality demonstrating potential these WPCs as sustainable eco-friendly materials various applications, particularly in construction industry.
