Introduction Preventing depression among nurses is a critical issue from the perspective of occupational welfare, but associations between depressive symptoms in and stress-coping strategies remain unclear. Methods In present study, an epidemiological study was conducted based on cross-sectional questionnaire survey. Data obtained 2,534 female working at three general hospitals Tokyo, Japan, were analyzed. The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between social support, self-efficacy, coping style, and psychological stress in children with malignant tumors during treatment, clarify mediating effects.From May 2019 August 2019, selected by convenience sampling method, 141 treatment period were evaluated using Social Support Questionnaire, General Self-efficacy Scale, Simplified Coping Style Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale.The results correlation analysis showed that depression negatively correlated affirmation satisfaction, company, intimacy, but positively conflict punishment; both anxiety significantly intimacy. model indicated gender, style could directly predict period, support self-efficacy indirectly tumors, total effect on largest. Background Demoralization is a psychological syndrome that highly prevalent in patients with cancer and detrimental to individuals’ physical mental health. To explore effective intervention, we first determined the relationships between locus of control, coping strategies, symptom burden, demoralization.
