Owing
to
long-term
treatment,
frequent
consultations,
and
complications,
the
evaluation
of
patients
with
head
neck
cancer
(HNC)
must
be
improved.
This
study
explored
an
opportunity
for
improving
patient
experience
(PE)
HNC

patient-centered,
integrative
model

literature
review

Head
and
neck
squamous
cell
carcinomas
(HNSCCs)
are
the
sixth
most
common
cancers
worldwide.
More
than
half
of
patients
with
HNSCC
eventually
experience
disease
recurrence
and/or
metastasis,
which
can
threaten
their
long-term
survival.
HNSCCs
located
in
oral
cavity
larynx
usually
associated
tobacco
alcohol
use,
whereas
human
papillomavirus
(HPV)
infection,
particularly
HPV16
is
increasingly
recognized
as
a
cause
oropharyngeal
HNSCC.
Despite
clinical,
histologic,
molecular
differences
between
HPV-positive
HPV-negative
HNSCCs,
current
treatment
approaches

recurrent
disease,

Abstract
Head
and
neck
squamous
cell
carcinoma
(HNSCC)
is
a
highly
heterogeneous
malignancy
with
poor
prognosis.
This
article
aims
to
explore
the
clinical
significance
of
differentiation
trajectory
in
HNSCC,
identify
different
molecular
subtypes
by
consensus
clustering
analysis,
develop
prognostic
risk
model
on
basis
differentiation-related
genes
(DRGs)
for
predicting
prognosis
HNSCC
patients.
Firstly,
analysis

performed
single-cell
RNA
sequencing
(scRNA-seq)
data,

Background
While
advancements
in
cancer
treatments
have
improved
survival
rates,
they
also
lead
to
adverse
effects

insomnia,

survivors'
sleep
quality.

fatigue
(CRF),
