Abstract In ovo stimulation has been studied intensively as an alternative to antibiotic use in poultry production. We investigated the potential of a probiotic combination with phytobiotic prophybiotic for and reported its beneficial effects on gut microbiome broiler chickens. Platinum(II) and palladium(II) complexes have been investigated as potential anticancer drugs since the serendipitous discovery of antineoplastic activities cisplatin in 1960s. Skin cancer is considered most common malignant neoplasm that affects humans, melanoma lethal type skin cancer. Surgical excision main form treatment, which also may include radiotherapy, systemic chemotherapy, immunotherapy. In this work, new insights concerning structural characterization vitro anti-proliferative activity complex with amino acid deoxyalliin (Pd-sac) against a panel thirteen human tumor cells, emphasis on cell lines, are presented. Breast cancer includes tumor subgroups with morphological, molecular, and clinical differences. Intrinsic heterogeneity especially characterizes breast tumors a triple negative phenotype, often leading to the failure of even most advanced therapeutic strategies. To improve treatment, use natural agents integrate conventional therapies is subject ever-increasing attention. In this context, garlic (Allium sativum) shows anti-cancerous potential, interfering proliferation, motility, malignant progression both non-invasive invasive cells. As could be at basis variable effects, main objective our study was evaluate anti-tumoral activity extract in cells phenotype. Established (TNBC) cell lines from patient-derived xenografts (PDXs) were used, revealing subtype-dependent effects on morphology, cycle, correlated peculiar down-modulation Akt signaling, crucial regulator solid tumors. Our results first demonstrate that TNBC are not unique suggest only more precise knowledge mechanisms activated by compound each will allow for inclusion personalized approaches cancer.

Cancer has become an important public health problem worldwide, and there is currently a lack of effective treatment prevention strategies. Natural plant active ingredients have been proven to be safe highly promising method for preventing treating cancer. It found that diallyl trisulfide anticancer effects in multiple types cancer via inhibiting proliferation, enhancing chemotherapy sensitivity, inducing apoptosis/autophagy, suppressing invasion/migration, regulating microenvironment. With the deepening research on new strategies treatment, role trisulfides cancers occurrence, prognosis, drug resistance also receiving increasing attention. In order better understand relationship between various cancer, as well mechanism we briefly summarized function cancers.
