Abstract
The
pathogenesis
of
ankylosing
spondylitis
(AS)
remains
unclear,
and
while
recent
studies
have
implicated
necroptosis
in
various
autoimmune
diseases,
an
investigation
its
relationship
with
AS
has
not
been
reported.
In
this
study,
we
utilized
the
Gene
Expression
Omnibus
database
to
compare
gene
expressions
between
patients
healthy
controls,
identifying
18
differentially
expressed
necroptosis‐related
genes
(DENRGs),
8
upregulated
10
downregulated.
Through
application
three
machine
learning
algorithms—least
absolute
shrinkage
selection
operation,
support
vector
machine‐recursive
feature
elimination
random
forest—two
hub
genes,
FASLG
TARDBP,
were
pinpointed.
These
demonstrated
high
specificity
sensitivity
for
diagnosis,
as
evidenced
by
receiver
operating
characteristic
curve
analysis.
findings
further
supported
external
datasets
cellular
experiments,
which
confirmed
downregulation
upregulation
TARDBP
patients.
Immune
cell
infiltration
analysis
suggested
that
CD4
+
T
cells,
CD8
NK
cells
neutrophils
may
be
associated
development
AS.
Notably,
group
expression,
there
was
a
significant
memory‐activated
resting
relatively
less
memory‐resting
neutrophils.
Conversely,

Abstract
With
the
frequent
occurrence
of
heatwaves,
heatstroke
(HS)
is
expected
to
become
one
main
causes
global
death.
Being
a
multi-organized
disease,
HS
can
result
in
circulatory
disturbance
and
systemic
inflammatory
response,
with
gastrointestinal
tract
being
primary
organs
affected.
Intestinal
damage
plays
an
initiating
promoting
role
HS.
Multiple
pathways
integrity
intestinal
epithelial
barrier
due
heat
stress
hypoxia
brought
on
by
blood
distribution.
This
usually
leads
leakage
as
well
infiltration
metastasis
toxins
pathogenic
bacteria
cavity,
which
will
eventually
cause
inflammation
whole
body.
A
large
number
studies
have
shown
that
after
involves
body’s
disruption
oxidative
balance,
disorder
tight
junction
proteins,
massive
cell
death,
microbial
imbalance.
Based
these
mechanisms,
protecting
regulating
immune
responses
are
