Resveratrol enhances post-injury muscle regeneration by regulating antioxidant and mitochondrial biogenesis

Resveratrol
(RES),
a
natural
polyphenolic
compound,
has
shown
promise
in
enhancing
skeletal
muscle
regeneration
and
metabolic
function.
This
study
aims
to
explore
the
impact
of
RES
on
after
injury
through
regulation
antioxidant
capacity
mitochondrial
biogenesis.
treatment

increased
ratio

anterior
mass

weight,

reduced
fasting
glucose
levels.

peroxidase
(GSH-PX),
superoxidase
dismutase
(SOD).
Collectively,
these
findings
suggest
not
only
promotes
but
also
supports
function
defenses,
positioning
it
food-derived
pharmaceutical
for
targeting
injury.

In

multifunctional
Resveratrol-derived
carbon
dots
(Res-CDs)
were
prepared
using
a
hydrothermal
method.
Res-CDs
exhibited
good
free-radical
scavenging
activities,
attributed
to
abundant
surface
hydroxyl
groups,
and
effectively
inhibited
Staphylococcus
aureus
Escherichia
coli
growth
at
concentration
of
2
mg/mL.
Composite
films
by
combining
with
gelatin/chitosan.
As
well
as
excellent
mechanical
properties,
the
smooth
surfaces,
thermal
stability,
antioxidant,
ultraviolet-shielding,
antibacterial,
pH-responsive
properties.
Furthermore,
cell
viability
measurements
showed
that
safe.
When
applied
keeping
pork
fresh,
gelatin/chitosan/Res-CDs
film
significantly
reduced
total
viable
bacterial
count
on
prevented
discoloration.
Additionally,
pH,
volatile
basic
nitrogen,
weight
loss

Abstract
This
study
aims
to
assess
the
antidepressant
and
modulatory
activities
of
citronellal
(CIT)
on
duloxetine
(DUX)
its
possible
underlying
mechanisms
through
in
vivo
silico
studies.
Hence,
forced
swimming
test
(FST),
tail
suspension
(TST),
open
field
(OFT)
were
carried
out.
Mice
treated
with
different
doses
CIT
(50,
100,
200
mg/kg,
p.o.),
while
DUX
(15
p.o.)
was
used
as
a
positive
control
vehicle
served
negative
control.
Additionally,
molecular
docking
conducted
evaluate
binding
interactions.
Results
demonstrated
that
dose‐dependently
significantly
(

0.05)
alleviated
immobility
time
both
FST
TST.
