Abstract
Although
both
employee
wellbeing
and
performance
are
valued
by
organizations,
achieving
them
conjointly
is
not
simple
in
practice.
Prior
studies
have
highlighted
the
role
of
daily
experiences
recovery
from
work
stress
for
performance.
In
a
work-life
characterized
pressures
to
intensify
pace
work,
employees
may
increasingly
use
proactive
efforts
shape
their
off-job
time
effectively
recover
maintain
Based
on
integrative
needs
model
crafting,
effort-recovery
model,
conservation
resources
theory
as
guiding
frameworks,
we
examine
whether
employees’
strategies
predict
stress,
affect,
subjective
through
enhanced
experiences.
Daily
diary
measurements

weeks

2022
