Abstract Green energy storage systems play a vital role in enabling sustainable future by facilitating the efficient integration and utilization of renewable sources. The main problems related to two‐dimensional (2D) materials are their difficult synthesis process, high cost, bulk production, which hamper performance. In recent years, MXenes have emerged as highly promising for enhancing performance devices due unique properties, including surface area, excellent electrical thermal conductivity, exceptional chemical stability. This paper presents comprehensive scientific approach that explores potential empowering green systems. Which indicates novelty article. reviews latest advances MXene techniques. Furthermore, investigates application various technologies, such lithium‐ion batteries, supercapacitors, emerging devices. electrodes flexible transparent is also discussed. Abstract Owing to the Pt‐like electrocatalytic capability and moderate price, Ru‐based catalysts are considered as Pt alternatives for electrochemical water splitting. However, they demonstrate limited catalytic performance under industrial‐level current densities. Herein, a novel electrocatalyst with an extremely low amount (0.85 wt.%) of Ru nanoclusters anchored on Cr‐doped Fe‐metal–organic frameworks (Ru@Cr─FeMOF) through robust Cr─O─Ru bond is presented. The study unveils that such architecture facilitates fast electron transfer manipulates highest occupied d orbital d‐band centers sites, favoring both oxygen evolution reaction (OER) hydrogen (HER) catalysis. as‐prepared catalyst performs excellent activity 21 mV@10 mA cm −2 HER 230 mV@50 OER in alkaline solution, realizes water‐splitting at densities (1.72 V@1000 ), surpassing state‐of‐the‐art literatures.

Limited by single metal active sites and low electrical conductivity, designing nickel-based metal-organic framework (MOF) materials with high activity durability remains a challenge. Here, novel class of two-dimensional trimetallic MOF nanosheets plentiful sites, rich defects, facilitated mass electron transfer channels is developed as efficient electrocatalysts for boosting oxygen evolution reaction (OER). The unique 2D nanosheet structure enlarges the area; meanwhile, organic ligand in can work pillar to enlarge interplanar space boost ion transportation, synergistic effect between multi-metal effectively promote electrocatalytic activity. Interestingly, after an electrochemical activation process, optimized NiFeZn yield abundant enabling them deliver overpotential 233 mV at 10 mA cm-2 much smaller Tafel slope 37.8 dec-1. More importantly, this method also universal synthesis NiFe-MOF family achieving outstanding OER performance. These findings present strategy construction OER.
