Abstract
In

research
activities
focusing
on
interlinkages
between
climate
change
and
human
mobility
have
intensified.
At
same
time,
an
increasing
number
of
actors
processes
sought
to
address
in
context
from
a
policy
perspective.
Hitherto,

been
limited

geographical
preferences
as
well
conceptual
methodological
focus
areas.
This
paper
argues
that
evolving
space,
future
needs
become
more
differentiated,
integrated
generalized.

Against
the
backdrop
of
global
climate
change,
extreme
weather
events,
such
as
heavy
rainfall,
typhoons,
tsunamis,
and
rising
sea
levels,
have
become
frequent,
posing
unprecedented
challenges
to
human
society.
As
an
important
strategy
for
coastal
cities
respond
climate-induced
evacuation
is
influenced
by
complex
diverse
factors.
This
study
delves
into
driving
mechanisms
population
migration
willingness,
revealing
dynamic
balance

pull,
resistance
factors
their
interaction
with
individual
value
orientations
affecting
decisions.

Logistic
Regression
Model,

research
quantitatively
analyzes

impacts

circumstances,

Shanghai

study.

that

education
level,
household
size,
housing
type,

adaptation

valuable
insights
resolving
“development
resilience–migration
inertia”
paradox
cities.

expectations
do
firm
representatives
hold
regarding
future
climate
change,
and
how
certain
are
they
in
their
expectations?
We
analyze
German
representatives’
effects
of
the
firms’
policy
affectedness
engagement,
knowledge
using
an
information
treatment
experiment.
find
modest
economic
sector
differences
a
positive
association
engagement
(i.e.,
energy
emission
metering
reduction
target
setting)
with
expected
global
warming.
The
increases
warming
optimistic
(low
warming)
scenarios
decreases
pessimistic
(high
scenarios.
Moreover,
from
less
engaged
firms
appear
rather
uncertain
overly
tend
to
be
pushed
upwards
by
treatment,
while
downward
shift
is
observed
among
more
firms.
Our
results
imply
that
majority
respondents
have
high
degree
uncertainty
limited
change
easily
influenceable.
