This study aimed to examine the impact of mushroom extract-based solid media on β-glucan content, growth rate, density, and biomass content Pleurotus ostreatus (oyster mushroom) mycelia. Fresh, high-quality raw P. were washed, sliced, heated in a sealed pressure cooker at 90°C for 4 h drying cabinet. Following heating process, centrifugation was carried out. Different concentrations extract mixed with distilled water (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) prepared sterile media. A malt medium maintained as control. focuses performance mycelium its own culture which holds considerable economic environmental significance. During six-day observation period, exhibited consistent across all tested media, maintaining steady rate 15 mm. The increased resulted from enhanced density mycelia content. It can be inferred that when containing less than 25% dilution is used, formed smaller amounts. Further research needed explore derived different types byproducts, fail meet commercial standards.

Abstract The brown A. bisporus - a cultivated species and I. badia – wild of mushroom containing health-promoting properties has been selected to create functional foods. Therefore, the study analyzed effect blanching method, fermentation temperature addition probiotic bacteria on course lactic changes in mushrooms quality. caps were blanched water for 30 s 2 min, followed by microwave-blanching min.
