Denne studiens mål er å utvikle et praktisk-didaktisk rammeverk for operasjonalisere og vurdere elevers kompetanse i kritisk lesing. I læreplanen Kunnskapsløftet 2020 framheves det at elever skal kunne stille seg kritiske til informasjonen de leser. Selv om bred enighet refleksjon over tekster viktig, krevende konkretisere hva kan bety. En del av arbeidet med sikre utvikler nødvendig lesekompetanse innebærer vurderingsverktøy. Vurdering gir ikke bare informasjon mestrer mestrer, men også modellere ulike tilnærminger tekster. Det har riktignok vist være utfordrende lesing, blant annet fordi begrepet vagt definere. denne studien utfører vi en litteraturgjennomgang skandinaviske studier som berører lesing utdanningskontekst, fokuserer på sakprosatekster innenfor norsk samfunnsfag. In the Nordic context, transnational discourses influence recontextualisation of ideas and discourses, thus, how local actors negotiate around values imbued with discourses. Sweden, idea teacher assistants has been prompted – through policy on professionalism under imperatives reducing teachers' workload increasing professional responsibility accountability. The aim this article is to explore assistants' regarding roles responsibilities in relation teachers education light professionalism. Drawing discursive institutionalism curriculum theory, concept 'discursive space' utilized an institutional context. Presenting education reforms as evidence-based has become a global trend. This article investigates how evidence is selected and utilised, focusing on the role of academic research in recent school Denmark, Finland, Norway. By analysing dataset fifteen interviews policymakers applying Sobe, Noah. W., Jamie A. Kowalzcyk's (2012. "The Problem Context Comparative Education Research." ECPS Journal 6:55–74), concept Context, findings reveal that experts committee members different types for various reform topics based their professional backgrounds, roles, positions, specific issues at hand. The decision-making processes were complex negotiations involving people from diverse networks professions who interpret ideas within local contexts.
