Endophytic fungi are a highly unpredictable group of microorganisms that can create diverse range secondary metabolites with biological activity. These enhance the host's ability to tolerate stress caused by various factors, such as disease, insects, pathogens, and herbivores. The produced endophytic may have potential applications in agriculture, pharmacy, medicine. purpose this study was examine anti-acetylcholinesterase activity extracted from fungi. Aspergillus versicolor SB5 one many isolated Juncus rigidus identified genetically accession number ON872302. Our utilized fermentation microbial cultivation techniques obtain metabolites. During course our investigation, we compound called Physcion (C1) fungus SB5. We subsequently C1 possesses inhibitory against COX-2 LOX-1, IC50 values 43.10 17.54 µg/mL, respectively, making it an effective anti-inflammatory agent. Moreover, found also exhibited potent anticholinesterase (86.9 ± 1.21%). In addition these promising therapeutic properties, experiments demonstrated strong antioxidant capacity, evidenced its scavenge DPPH, ABTS, O2 radicals, NO inhibit lipid peroxidation. To further investigate molecular mechanisms underlying pharmacological employed SwissADME web tools predict compound's ADME-related physicochemical properties used Molecular Operating Environment PyMOL for docking studies.

There has been renewed interest in the application of endophytic fungi to control phytopathogenic fungi, which cause significant damage crop health, ultimately leading losses agricultural productivity. Endophytic inhibit pathogens via different modes action—mycoparasitism, competition (for nutrients and ecological niches), antibiosis, induction plant defense—thus demonstrating ability a wide range growth phases habitats. However, many studies have conducted under laboratory conditions, there is huge lack real field testing was performed. Aspergillus, Clonostachys, Coniothyrium, Trichoderma, Verticillium proven be most effective fungal biocontrol agents. Trichoderma regarded as promising group commercial formulations. In this study, we attempted emphasize significance endophytes controlling while reporting recent advances biology application.

Polygala crotalarioides, a perennial herbaceous plant found in southwest China, has the potential to be used treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. Endophytic fungi that reside within medicinal herbs play an important ecological role their host plants and can serve as valuable source for identifying active components. However, little is known about diversity, structure endophytic P. crotalarioides. In this study, we investigated community diversity leaves, stems, roots crotalarioides at both 1- 2-year-growth stages using modern culture-independent method (high-throughput sequencing, HTS) culture-based methods. Using HTS, our results revealed richness varied depending on organs growth stages. Specifically, stems leaves exhibited significantly higher compared roots. Additionally, highest was observed 2-year-old plants. At genus level, Fusarium, Colletotrichum, Phoma were most abundant 1-year-old samples, while Cercospora, Apiotrichum, Fusarium prevalent samples. A total 55 fungal strains belonging two phyla 24 genera isolated from 150 tissue segments The anti-acetylcholinesterase activity these isolates evaluated vitro five them, Phialophora mustea PCAM010, Diaporthe nobilis PCBM027, oxysporum LP41, F. Buckwheat is a famous edible and medicinal coarse cereal which contain abundant of bioactive flavonoids, such as rutin. In this study, the composition diversity endophytic fungi in eight different buckwheat seeds were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing ITS rDNA. Results showed that, fungal sequences reads allocated to 272 OTUs, them, 49 OTUs shared seeds. These could be classified into 6 phyla, 19 classes, 41 orders, 79 families, 119 genera, 191 species. At genus level, Alternaria sp. was domain endophyte. Besides, endophytes belonged genera Epicocum, Cladosporium, Botrytis, Filbobasidium, Stemphylium , Vishniacozyma highly The total flavonoids rutin contents tartary cultivars (CQ, XQ, CH, K2) much higher than those common (HT, T2, T4, T8). For cultivars, ranging from 2.6% 3.3% 0.9% 1.3%, respectively. Accordingly, samples displayed stronger antioxidant activity buckwheat. Spearman correlation heat map analysis successfully found that certain species Alternaria, Botryosphaeria, Colletorichum Diymella exhibited significant positive with contents. study preliminary revealed fungi-plant interaction relationship at secondary metabolite provide novel strategy for increasing accumulation seeds, well improving their quality.
