Capsaicinoids are produced uniquely in pepper fruits, and its level determines the commercial quality health-promoting properties of pepper. So, it is particularly important to increase capsaicinoids content Rhizosphere microbiota critical plant growth performance, affected by varieties. However, impact varieties with different yields on rhizosphere poorly understood. Using high-throughput sequencing 16S rRNA internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region, we investigated microbial community among five containing capsaicinoids. Abstract The biodegradable polymer poly-β-hydroxybutyrate (PHB) is a promising carbon source for biological mitigation of nitrogen pollution, significant problem in aquaculture that physical and chemical methods have not provided comprehensive solution. Altitude and ultraviolet (UV) radiation may affect the community composition distribution of microorganisms in soil ecosystems. In this study, 49 samples from 10 locations were collected different elevations on eastern Pamir Plateau analyzed for microbial structure function using high-throughput sequencing. The results showed that contained 6834 OTUs 26 phyla 399 genera. dominant common to Actinobacteria , Proteobacteria Bacteroidota Acidobacteriota Gemmatimonadota . genera Rubrobacter Sphingomonas Nocardioides Solirubrobacter Species richness increased slightly with elevation, there significant differences between elevations. Elevation UV exposure are important factors drive changes bacterial communities. KEGG pathway drug resistance, antineoplastic, aging, replication, repair enhanced then decreased increasing elevation. Bacterial communities at rich radiation-resistant microorganisms, main Pontibacter Streptomyces findings have shown Eastern Plateau. The Eastern Pamir, distinguished with high altitude, extremely arid and cold climate, limited nutrients sparse vegetation, is a unique ecological reservoir. Microbial communities play central role in maintaining Pamir's ecosystem functioning. Despite the significance, due to difficulty of sample collection microbial isolation, diversity its functionality at Pamir Plateau have been rarely documented.
